Marius is a Principal who leads Lux’s IAS 19 work across the GCC. Based in Dubai, he manages client relationships, contracts and operational delivery for the Employee Benefits practice. He has more than 25 years of experience across law, contracts, project management and client service, including 14 years as a practising attorney in South Africa and 10 years in real estate in Australia.
