
FIAI
Raymon is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI) and an engineering postgraduate from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. He brings over four years of experience in general insurance actuarial practice across the United States, Canadian, and GCC markets.
At Lux, Raymon supports a wide range of general insurance engagements for insurers across the GCC. His work spans pricing of personal and commercial lines using frequency-severity techniques; reserving through deterministic and stochastic methods; IFRS 17 implementation and valuation; Internal Capital Model development including parameterisation, and validation; reinsurance optimisation; and actuarial due diligence for M&A transactions.
Prior to joining LUX, Raymon spent over three years at EXL Service (Inductis) in Gurugram, India, advising Fortune 500 companies in the United States and Canada on stochastic modelling of P&C risks, risk finance optimisation, and reinsurance treaty pricing.
