Ritika is an Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), UK, with over three years of specialized experience across the insurance sector. She joined Lux in March 2025 as an Actuarial Analyst, providing strategic consultancy support to clients throughout the Middle East.

With a background spanning both consultancy and core insurance roles at KPMG UK and XPS Pensions, Ritika brings a wealth of cross-functional expertise in Life, Non-Life, and Pensions. Her technical portfolio includes reserving, pricing adequacy, mortality experience analysis, and GMP equalisation, as well as Anti-Money Laundering projects across the UK and Middle Eastern markets. Outside the office, Ritika is an avid reader and enjoys playing badminton.
