Ruan van Rensburg, Founder of Lux Actuaries, is an experienced actuary. He has served as the appointed actuary to a number of insurance companies in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and the UAE, preparing Financial Condition Reports (FCRs) and Motor and Medical Pricing Reports for comprehensive statutory reporting.

Currently he is developing Lux's Financial Consulting offering with particular focus on End of Service Savings schemes, staff incentives and retention, and the treatment of existing End of Service Gratuity benefits within these industry developments.
